Acuan Kemampuan nanang reaktif dan berpikir kreatif semakin diperlu dalam semangat ini. Umum dunia menghadapi permasalahan global seperti jalan penghuni, keterbatasan sumber daya, perlintasan tendensi lapangan pekerjaan, perlintasan iklim akibat pemanasan mendunia, peralihan budaya, dan persilihan dinamis ekonomi masyarakat. Persaingan semakin ketat cuma dilain pihak kerjasama dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi pekerjaan dan sesuatu tetap diperlukan. Kondisi demikian merupakan tantangan marcapada pendidikan refleks beban guru yang langsung menghadapi generasi masa depan. Pendidik perlu semakin dibuka kesadarannya bahwa wanti-wanti pendidikan bukan sekedar menyodorkan materi tetapi mendidik membangun kemampuan responsif sekaligus kreatif. Pendidik perlu mewariskan budaya untuk cermat, bersistem,evaluatif, analitis, fleksibel, dan memufakati ide-ide nan berbeda. Guna membekali pamrih tersebut terutama buat guru matematika, goresan ini akan membahas ikwal adapun kemampuan nanang kritis, kemampuan berpikir congah, dan penataran yang mendorong kemampuan tersebut. Abstract Critical thinking and creative thinking skills increasingly in this life. The world community facing the the global problems such as population growth, resource limitation, changes in mode of employment, climate change caused by global warming, cultural change, and dynamic changes in the local economy. Competition is getting tougher but on the other hand the cooperation and flexibility in the face of work and something still needed. Such conditions is a challenge and a duty teacher education are directly facing future generations. Educators need to be more open awareness that education is titinada just a message delivered material to educate build capabilities critical but creative. Educators need to pass on the culture to be more vigilant, systematic, evaluative, analytical, flexible, and accept different ideas. To equip these expectations, especially for mathematics teachers, this paper will discuss on critical thinking skills, creative thinking skills, and learning that encourages such capabilities.
